  P.S: It's not necessary that your website/web-app is custom code. PlatformAI also supports No-Code integration.

Development process: A Journey to revolutionize sales!

Well, building PlatformAI is not less than a journey. I took this challenge that I want to revolutionize sales with my idea and started writing some code. Below I have described the process of building PlatformAI.

1. Forging Idea

I have built and launched many AI SaaS products and have also faced many challenges in sales and lost my customers right on the table due to lack of customer interactions and unable to keep up with them. Here's where PlatformAI is born!

2. Building

Without any further delaying, I started working on my Idea. Designed the user interface of PlatformAI in a way that it'll be user friendly and it should look like anyone can use it without any prior technical knowledge.

Next, started the development with the most advanced Tech Stacks out there. The development phase was not more of a journey as I faced many challenges while developing but still I didn't give up and worked for countless hours to solve those challenges. Most of the people, at this time lose their motivation and usually give up on their idea because they think that they aren't able to solve them and will never be able to solve it But the thing over here is to at least try fixing that small bug in your code, maybe you get a solution right away. And that's what I did moved step-by-step to solve those bugs and develop something I needed.

3. Feedback
Well, I couldn't rely solely on my own thoughts as a customer since I won't be the only user of this service. So, I made some parts public and DMed some users in my niche to see what feedback they have for PlatformAI. And if really this platform would help them. This turned out that they loved it so I kept developing. I also gathered their feedback such as issues they were facing, requested features, etc.

4. Deployment 🎉

And lastly, after the tedious process of overcoming those challenges I finally pressed that "Deploy" button.

   • NextJS for building a dynamic and server-side rendered web app

   • Typecript for typesafe javascript development

   • TailwindCSS for rapid and customizable styling

Future Goals and Features

Well, PlatformAI's journey will not stop here. I will continue developing and adding features inside PlatformAI. There are a set of features that I have thought of, and I will add them overtime. Some of the features that will shortly be added to PlatformAI are:

• Email Marketing: Users can have an in-app email marketing feature where they can create campaigns about their product, launch, updates, etc. And can directly send them through the app. This will help them to generate and scrape more leads this can make their business more easy without relying on any email marketing tool.

• Voice Interaction: Voice-based interaction can be another uniquely blended feature for hands-free customer support. This can help them to feel like they're talking with the chatbot in real time. This will provide them with more clarity and an interactive environment.

• Enhanced personalization: Soon, PlatformAI will be made more customizable where users can customize look and feel of their AI sales representative.

• Collaborative Environment: PlatformAI will also have the ability to add Team Members inside the app where there will be a collaborative environment among the team. They can create multiple AI chatbots and collaborate together.

• Integration: Users can add their chatbot to various platforms that they use in their day-to-day life. There will also be a set of plugins that users can integrate with their chatbot.

Well, there are many future goals and development that I have already thought of and started working on them. But the above mentioned are the most useful features that user will love.
